CAPTAIN GINYU: THE CHANGE WARRIOR

Growing up was an epic adventure, filled with many wild and entertaining activities, that one would fill a series of books whilst documenting their life`s journey. After school, we pulled a Usain Bolt to make sure we are home and done with homework, so that by the time it was 16:30, we will finally be ready for the adventures of Goku and the Dragon ball Z warriors. During the Frieza saga, we witnessed a special team called the Ginyu Force, which was led by the acrobatic, two-horned, purple warrior who went by the ironic name, Captain Ginyu. He had the ability to switch or change his consciousness from one body to another. With that I hope you can see where this is going for the whole article.

We are currently living in a new season where things are starting to lighten up and new beginnings are starting to show up everywhere in the environment, we live in. we see things changing automatically and it is by God`s design from when he created the earth.

Change is inevitable, no matter what we do to try stop it, things will always change and whether we like it or not, it will happen to us at anytime with or without warning and in whatever way it chooses to happen to us. Change can come when we least expect it or as we planned but however it comes, we must find a way to process whatever change that comes our way, so that we can come out of it stronger all the time.

Change as I said earlier is inevitable, it can come as a predictable event (up for scrutiny) such as passing your Grade 12, falling in love, or buying a car when you can afford etc, or it can come through death, pain afflicted by various incidents or people. Which ever medium it will choose to come through, we are the only constant in the equation.

We have two ways we can deal with change, its either we allow it to overwhelm us or we adapt to the change we face ahead of us, so that we can move on with a new vigour and mindset going forward. We can listen to music, talk with those close to us, dance, cry, sleep or any other thing we do whilst processing change, but after that we should have a different and more positive mindset towards life. Adapting is not easy yes, but it must be done, as long as we will be living on this earth, change will come, good, bad, hurtful and exciting, it will come but we should decide on ourselves how we will allow the change to shake and shift our mindset and attitude.

There are those who seek change in various ways on a daily basis, and I ask myself we want certain things in our lives to change but are we willing to sacrifice for the change we want to happen, there are also those who when the change they have been waiting for comes, they are unable to can handle the change and end up jeopardising everything the change had brought, all because the where not ready for the change or didn’t adapt in a timely yet wise manner.

Listening to a podcast one day a certain quote that went like, “change is inevitable, suffering is a choice”, it is up to us what we let change do to us, we can either choose to continue suffering when the change brought pain unto us or choose to change our mindset as well as adapting to the new lifestyle ahead of us.

Whatever change comes our way in life we should embrace it and always try discover the bright side of that of that change and after we do that, we will be unstoppable going forward.
